Add a model
The model ID must be the exact string the provider expects
(e.g. gpt-4.1-mini, claude-haiku-4-5-20251001).
A wrong ID only fails when someone chats, so use Test after adding.
Model catalog
Disabled models stay in the catalog but disappear from users' choices. Deleting is permanent — a model that's someone's only one can't be deleted (disable it instead).
